The new part worked as expected and I was able to get my AC running in about 5 minutes. The real kudos are for the exceptional customer service. The AC unit failed on a hot Friday afternoon the day before a party that included several elderly people. I called Industrial Stores at 4pm on Friday and explained the situation. I amazingly received the part at 8am the next morning!!
