The Control Products TAL-2000D-24 is a wall-mount popular temperature alarm logger that displays the current temperature and will both audibly and visually alarm when the temperature gets too high or too low. It can also trigger one of two relay contacts during an alarm. Relays are 1 AMP / 24 VAC resistive. They can be used to trigger an external siren or light or telephone dialer such as our Deluxe FreezeAlarm. The unit programs easily via soft membrane touchpad buttons.
This temperature alarm can be flush mounted in a standard 2X4 junction box or surface mounted with our optional enclosure box. The TS-10-3 temperature sensor included with the unit comes with a 36" (91.4 CM) lead that can be extended up to 1000ft (304m) from the alarm. Sensor range is -40 to 199F
